Application Procedure

The Application Procedure/ Delays/ Fees

The Application Procedure

The accreditation of all CME programmes is performed on-line from our website accessible through the "Accreditation Services" button (left-hand side menu).

The review and accreditation process is identical for all CME programmes :

 


1 - Registration form

 

 Contains information on the CME Provider (Scientific or Academic Institution) and its experience in the organization or development of educational activities.
  TIP! Keep your secured User ID and Password to submit all your programmes
     
 


2 - Application form

 

 Contains description of the educational programme. Since March 22nd, 2005 it is completed on-line for all type of programmes: Events, CD ROM, Internet based courses and Articles/ Texts.
     
 
3: Complementary documents

 

 

 

 

 

can be attached electronically to the application form or sent by email to EBAC secretariat.

* Events scientific programme (detailing sessions timing, breaks, topic discussed, speaker name)or, for Distance Learning (copy of CD ROM, Article or URL of the web based course)

* Faculty list (in word or excel format)

* Endorsement Letter (for industry sponsored programmes)

Delays

The review and accreditation process takes approximately 6 to 12 weeks. We recommend applying as soon as all required information is available. Please note that incomplete information given will delay the review of your application.

Fees

  Administrative Fee: non refundable, paid for the submition of each application form (regardless of the programme type (Event, Internet, CDROM, :
150 EUR + 19.6% tax
 

Accreditation Fee: paid once the programme has successfully been accredited (Download EBAC Price List PDF 79 KB)
