EBAC quality
requirements
Assisting the CME provider in preparing quality CME programmes
is an important part of EBAC's activity.
CME providers can find a detailed list of requirements on
the "CME Provider"
pages of this website and contact the EBAC
office for a more detailed and personalized assistance.

Evaluation
of EBAC Accredited Programmes
Every accredited CME programme is evaluated in several ways:
| |
- The evaluation of the programme's scientific quality
takes place during the accreditation process
when the application is reviewed.
|
| |
- Secondly, at the end of a CME programme, participants
are asked to complete an Evaluation Form.
|
| |
- After a CME event, the CME provider submits a post-event
report to EBAC
|

EBAC and healthcare
industry
EBAC is aware of the important contribution
of the healthcare industry to the continuing medical education
activities in Europe. It therefore supports the cooperation
of the industry with medical institutions. The Guidelines
on Commercial Support define a number of basic principles
for this cooperation. The recommended form of support is an
unrestricted educational grant.
