Ordering Process – General Rules

The EBAC ordering process is in English.

Ordering Process

The purchaser logs in to the EBAC on-line accreditation services. To order on-line EBAC products or services, the purchaser is required to have an active account in the EBAC on-line accreditation services and to log in.

Once logged in, the purchaser chooses the product or service to order and follows the ordering steps.

Without acceptance of the EBAC Policy Documents, the purchaser cannot proceed to submit the order.

The purchaser then reviews and completes the order (contact details, programme details, invoicing address, acceptance of the relevant documents…). At this stage, most of the order elements are still changeable.

Upon submission the order is no longer modifiable nor cancellable on-line by the purchaser. For any subsequent changes to the order the purchaser needs to contact the EBAC office (accreditation@ebac-cme.org) directly.

Upon completion and submission of the order, an email is sent to the purchaser.

This acknowledgment is not an acknowledgment of order. It simply confirms that the EBAC has received the order and will process in a timely manner, based on the information provided by the purchaser at the time of the order.

Should there be any differences between the order placed on-line and the information contained in this acknowledgment, please inform EBAC immediately (accreditation@ebac-cme.org). The product/service and the Application Form ID should be quoted in the request.

Acknowledgment of Order

Upon validation of the order by EBAC, an Order Confirmation is sent by email to the purchaser to confirm that the order has been processed by EBAC.

The confirmation provides the following information:

· Identity of the Seller (EBAC)
· Title of submitted educational programme
· Product/service status
· Hyperlink to EBAC Management System
· Template of Certificate of attendance as an PDF attachment (mentioning the unique application form ID)
· Hyperlink to the EBAC Website
· Customer service contact details

The confirmation may include any changes which may have occurred due to non-availability of the original products/services selected or due to other factors.

On-line orders are payable via Bank Transfer or Credit Cards (AMEX, Visa, EuroCard/Master Card) and in Euros only.

Invoice and Invoiced Entity

An invoice is automatically sent to the purchaser after the order has been finalized.

The entity to which the invoice will be raised and sent is the one mentioned as “Invoice address” under “Contact Data” in the EBAC Application Form.

Acceptance of the Online Sales Conditions

By ordering products and/or services on the EBAC website, you agree to these General On-line Sales Conditions and any specific terms (see all documents in the EBAC Documents Library) that may complement these conditions.

Prior to submitting your order on-line, please read these conditions carefully as well as all Document posted at the service or product ordering page and in the EBAC Documents Library.

The information stored by EBAC will stand as proof of all the transactions and financial operations related to the order.

Draft Application Forms deletion criteria

EBAC only deals with applications after they have been submitted, and assumes the right to delete draft applications at its discretion.

Unavailability/Force Majeure

In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, EBAC accepts no responsibility for loss of moneys incurred by the purchaser and/or by the recipient of the product/service bought.

EBAC disclaims all responsibilities for the unavailability of the EBAC website due to unexpected conditions.
